Shipping Policy

Free US Shipping

Vega Workspace offers free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Freight Delivery

Due to the size and weight of our products, orders are shipped via freight carrier. A delivery appointment will be scheduled with you in advance. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at hello@vegaworkspace.com. Do not discard the original packaging as it may be needed for the freight claim.
