Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unassembled and in its original packaging with all components included. Due to the size and weight of our products, we ask that you contact us before initiating any return so we can coordinate the process efficiently.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@vegaworkspace.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@vegaworkspace.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been assembled, used, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
